Click & Collect

HOW TO USE

Our click and collect service is completely free to use on all orders, simply use this option at checkout.

When you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email/text. When your order has been processed and is ready to collect you will receive a ‘ready for pickup' e-mail, please bring this with you to collect your order. 

We aim to have your orders available within 2 working days, however during busier periods this may be longer.

If you have not received the 'ready for pickup' e-mail after 3 days, please e-mail shop@swanseacity.com with your order number and we will look into this for you.

Click & Collect Information

Orders will be available to collect from the club shop, with the access varying depending on our opening hours, which are detailed below.

If collecting during club shop opening hours please make your way to the till point.

Collection times are as below but are subject to change due to home fixtures. Please visit our store website HERE for up to date opening times:

Parking is available within the West car park of the Swansea.com Stadium. This is subject to events on-going at the stadium.

Monday to Friday: 10.00am – 5.00pm
Non-Match Saturday: 10:00am - 2:00pm
